By accessing or using our Free Temporary Email Address Generator service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our disposable email service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered API users, and anyone accessing our temporary inbox features.

🔹 Service Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

Temporary email addresses are not permanent and will expire automatically
Messages received may be deleted without warning after the expiration period
The Service is not suitable for important, sensitive, or confidential communications
We do not guarantee 100% uptime or message delivery
Email addresses may be recycled and reused after deletion

Acceptable Use Policy

✅ Permitted Uses

You may use our temporary email service for:

Signing up for websites and online services without revealing your real email

Receiving one-time verification codes and confirmations

❌ Prohibited Activities

⚠️ You are strictly prohibited from using our Service for:

Fraud & Scams: Creating fake accounts, phishing, identity theft, or financial fraud
Harassment & Abuse: Sending threatening, abusive, or harassing messages

API Usage Terms

If you use our Developer API (powered by Mail.tm), you agree to the following additional terms:

🔹 API Rate Limits

Free Tier: Maximum 100 requests per hour per IP address
Burst Limit: Maximum 10 requests per minute
Account Creation: Maximum 5 temporary email accounts per hour
Message Retrieval: Maximum 50 message fetches per hour

📊 Rate Limit Exceeded: If you exceed these limits, your API access may be temporarily suspended. For higher limits, please contact us for commercial API access.

🔹 API Security Requirements

Use HTTPS for all API requests
Store authentication tokens securely
Do not share API credentials publicly
Implement proper error handling
Respect rate limits and implement backoff strategies

Account Lifetime & Data Retention

⏱️ Temporary Email Expiration

All temporary email addresses and their contents are subject to automatic deletion:

10-Minute Mail: Deleted after 10 minutes of creation
1-Hour Mail: Deleted after 1 hour of creation
24-Hour Mail: Deleted after 24 hours of creation (maximum)
Inactive Accounts: Deleted after 24 hours of inactivity

⚠️ No Recovery: Once deleted, temporary email addresses and messages cannot be recovered. We do not provide backup or restoration services.

🗑️ Manual Deletion

You can manually delete your temporary email session at any time by:

Closing your browser session
Clearing browser cookies and cache
Clicking the "Delete Inbox" button (if available)

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Service, including but not limited to:

Website design, layout, and user interface
Software code, scripts, and algorithms
Logos, trademarks, and branding
Documentation and API specifications

...are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

💰 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our Service shall not exceed $10 USD or the amount you paid us (which is $0 for free users).
